I bring a unique blend of heart, structure, and leadership to the work I do, all rooted in my 17 years as a teacher and intervention specialist.
Before becoming a Virtual Assistant and Community Manager, I spent years creating safe, supportive spaces where students could thrive. As an intervention specialist, I led meetings with parents, therapists, administrators, and classroom teachers to create individualized plans and ensure each child’s needs were being met. That meant listening closely, navigating different communication styles, and keeping everyone aligned around a shared goal, while also managing all the moving parts behind the scenes.
That experience taught me how to hold space for growth, guide collaborative conversations, and follow through with care and consistency.
Now, I bring those same strengths into the online business world. I am not just posting prompts or answering questions. I am building thoughtful systems, nurturing relationships, and helping your clients feel seen, supported, and part of something meaningful.

I offer two core monthly packages designed to fit the needs of different stages of community growth.
The Seedling Package is ideal for newer or smaller communities (under 100 members) that need light-touch but consistent support. It includes daily or near-daily group presence, onboarding, engagement prompts, comment moderation, and a monthly insights report.
$980/month (approx. 7 hours/week)The Bloom Package is a fully supported community experience designed for more established groups with active launches, live events, or a need for deeper retention strategies. It includes everything in Seedling, plus celebration threads, advanced onboarding, member follow-ups, SOP documentation, and event coordination.
$1,400–$2,100/month (approx. 10–15 hours/week)✨ Custom packages are also available if you need a mix of support that doesn’t quite fit either tier.
